I just finished watching this DVD and found it very funny in some places. It starts slow but gathers steam and have some fun moments. Indeed, one scene stands out as the funniest scene I've seen since the end of the scene in "It's A Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World" in 60 years. I totally laughed until it hurts! Without giving them away, was the scene with wax! The language is very hard and sex is the dominant theme of the DVD movie 40 Year Old Virgin, The so there are a lot of nudity. Definitely want to keep this locked out of the Kiddies. Steve Carrell is a great comic performance and is very credible that the nerdy type. His friends are also very good as well. I would recommend this film, but no more than about $ 7.

THE VIRGIN OF 40 YEARS (4 out 5 stars) A 40 Year Old Virgin, The Romance with this concept would be so easy to turn a piece of shit in the absolute "Deuce Bigelow. It is very rare to find a 40 Year Old Virgin, The Romance film that can balance big laughs with honest character development. Steve Carell does a great job portraying Andy, a character very different from the strong, obnoxious guy who is best known for. Once again, it would be very easy for the actor to screw things by exaggerating the stereotype ... Carell, but a good balance ... nerdy to play without doing too frightening. Catherine Keener has a big role, too ... as a single mother of three, starting a relationship with Andy ... not knowing the terrible secret that has only recently attracted the attention of your (in poor condition in its own way), co-workers. Written by Carell and director Judd Apatow (known for the television show "Freaks and Geeks ")... This may start a new trend of comedy films SCRIPTS REAL?

I got a free pass to a preview for this DivX Movie 40 Year Old Virgin, The last night and did not know what to expect. The premise seemed silly, and it took a lot of fun doing shallow-of-the-blank humor. What a surprise. I laughed so hard I cried at some of the jokes. This DVD movie 40 Year Old Virgin, The is a must see for anyone with an open mind and a slightly twisted sense of humor. OK ..... This is not a 40 Year Old Virgin, The film to go with her grandmother (Jack Palance?) or young children. Language is dirty jokes are (very) crude, and talk about sex is as graphic as you'll find anywhere. What is striking, however, is that the 40 Year Old Virgin, The Romance film is a sweet love story. My girlfriend and I love it. Steve Carell is great, but (like Office), supporting cast really makes the film: 40 Year Old Virgin, The work. All characters have their flaws, but they also have depth and likability. Everybody pulls their weight and the chemistry is perfect. I can not wait for the DVD. I am sure will be up there with the Office Space of repetitions and quotable lines.

"Our Lady 40 years" was a huge box office hit and chose one of the best comedies of 2005. Therefore, when I rented the unrated DVD last weekend, I expect a very entertaining movie. I was disappointed. There is not a really fun time on this dumb gross-out piece. Only the usual dirty jokes, some nudity and the main character in the stupid friends. Steve Carell's performance as a middle-aged Jason Biggs not quite convinced me. I have seen worse movies, but that is not enough to recommend "The Virgin 40 years." I just do not get the hype. My vote: 4 out of 10.
