| First, and this is a point that was so annoying that I never got to assess all other aspects of the film, the Beowulf film is digitized or animated. For some unknown reason everything in the DVD film Beowulf was covered with a layer of animation. This means that you never saw any acting course. For a comedy that this could work, but for a Beowulf Adventure film with so much drama and tragedy is really a very wise decision in my humble opinion. And why in heaven expensive to employ agents when they go to cover his appearance with digital effects? What really acted or chose to interpret his character that you never know and in order for this movie, like it should be indifferent to this. I can not hide that I was very confused at first and then right after very frustrated when I realized this. The animation effect, moreover, was very, very amateur. It is difficult to assess whether the boys had aim to animation chosen to distort the facial features of the actors in both directions, but this was what happened and who was also very annoying. There is not much I can highlight as positive. The Vikings are portrayed as a bunch of drunken fools and obscene and Beowulf is the swashbuckling hero who like to walk naked. If you are considering spending their night with this Beowulf movie I would strongly advise against it and instead recommend Shrek 3 to you, that has trolls, heroes, dragons, animation and also at the top has a lot of humor . | I did not get to see Beowulf in 3D and I loved yet. I did not expect to go well, but he knew he had to enjoy some levels. I love animated movies and I love the DivX Movie Beowulf monsters. You can not go far wrong here. I can see what is wrong with it. The characters lack depth, as was done in history. The DivX film Beowulf does not make sense or flow. It is very much entertainment for the sake of animation and blood and gore and sex as much as the rating would allow. And what really is filled to the brim. But that's why it was good, it was exciting because this is not what you expect from a 12A ... or an animated film. When I saw this Beowulf film I kept an eye on a noisy group of boys who had come to see and between risitas had struck mute. Sexuality is not such that younger viewers are unsuccessful, it is blatant, crude and shocking. Grendel was really scary, there are 2 simply fantastic scenes where all the butchers in their way and is one of the most visually exciting things I've seen in movies this year (after the vortex in Scene Pirates 3). He is probably the character with more depth in the Beowulf film too, that fear not only to look ... but it is emotionally terrifying, out of control and full of pain. Her screams sent chills. If you are impressed by the computer animation and enjoy the chaotic action / horror sequences, you'll love this. It might be a bit much for some children are shy, but I have loved this even more when I was younger. |
| And I loved it. The creators of this little gem are much more powerful imagination than me and I envy that. What a touching movie! Picked me up at night to fill a DVD while my wife was out and what a pleasure it was to get engrossed in this brilliant history of that value and adventure. It took me about 30 seconds to get used to animation. Do not you take more time to get used to the idea that this Beowulf Adventure film actually does a better job evoking a past time that the literature on which it is based. That's incredible to me. Another surprise was that Ms Jolie much Ballyhoo nude scenes were more disappointing than I expected. I found more entrance Robin Wright Penn Wealthow which undeservedly underestimated as an indispensable part of this DVD film Beowulf magic of the fabric. Ray Winstone rings most true in the head that nobody has the right to hope that, in my opinion. And then there are Anthony Hopkins and John Malkovich, while adding bits of the irrepressible humanity to the mix. This is a very funny Beowulf movie in depth and do not hesitate to recommend, but especially the guys that have a greater appreciation for all that I expect the usual women. |
