The Empire is more than halfway through construction of a new Death Star - almost twice as big, but more than twice as powerful. When completed, it will spell certain doom for Luke Skywalker and the Rebels. Han Solo is a prisoner of crime lord Jabba the Hutt, and Princess Leia soon finds herself in the gangster's hands. Luke Skywalker, aided by C-3PO and R2-D2, makes his way into Jabba's palace, hoping to secure his friends' freedom. But the Hutt has no intention of doing so and tries to kill them all. After escaping from Jabba and the sands of Tatooine, they regroup with the Rebel fleet, which is massing for an attack against the new satellite battle station at Endor. Lando Calrissian is pressed into action to lead the Rebel fighter attack, while Han is put in charge of a group of soldiers to take out the shield generator protecting the Death Star. Luke, however, surrenders to Vader's soldiers on Endor, and is taken in front of Vader's boss - the Galactic Emperor - on the Death Star for final corruption to the Dark Side of the Force. The fleet of Imperial Star Destroyers ambushes the Rebels, cutting them off. Worse, the new Death Star begins turning its giant laser on the Rebel carriers. It appears that nothing will stop the Empire's triumph - unless things start to change quickly...

I think this Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi film lacks in comparison to Star Wars and The Empire Strikes Back. The main reason: the Ewoks. Sorry, but I really do not care about the little furry rates in a series of Star Wars, with the exception of Chewbacca. Just made the Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi Adventure short on action. We had to see C-3PO worship and seeing throw stones at troops. The rest of the DivX Movie Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi was great. Speeders in the persecution in the forest. The sand pit with Jabba. The final battle between Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker. The destruction of the new Death Star. The parties to cool. Forget everything else. Buy the special edition and look at the things added. Worthwhile. Not bad for a third Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi Adventure trilogy. Most of them suck. Return of the Jedi: B +

Return of the Jedi is certainly the most action packed of the series, and is a fine conclusion to the Star Wars Saga. With Han Solo imprisoned by Jabba the Hut and the Empire building a new Death Star, the rebel alliance is facing an uphill battle against the dark side and only our heroes can pull out favorites. The opening sequence, set in Tatooine, we see Jabba's palace, a pit of slavery and the slag, and the new home to Han Solo, Luke and the band prepare for their rescue, and Luke's Jedi powers, are advantage. Also witnessed a huge triple battle at the end. Han, Leia and Chewy battle at Endor, desperate to turn the protection of coats of the Death Star. The fleet headed by rebel Lando, battle with the imperial fleet, while waiting for the shields down, and Luke has a final confrontation with Darth Vader. An epic end to a classic saga, and it is only the pace of the first two. 10/10

"Return of the Jedi" is almost on par with the previous "Star Wars" films. There are more special effects (some good, some cheesy) and more new characters and creatures, including Ewoks. What makes the Jedi less perfect, it is very common - more than a reworking of "Star Wars." There are more surprises, though. A victory that is celebrated in the end. New scenes are presented in the "special edition". The end is very satisfying. My assessment: *** 1 / 2 of ****.

Firstly, I would say that while I know about wars, I am not a bigot. I do not know how many chromosomes Wamp has a rat or the extended family of TK427. I know is this: Star Wars, all movies (at least 2 but episode), it captures something magical. it's hard to say what, what button Lucas has found courage and pressed, but it works. Star Wars is just a movie. is an idea. How can you ask for? Let me explain. star wars touched the most universal of stereotypes, good versus evil. makes it so obvious, so deeply, that literally anyone from anywhere can understand. Episode VI does good, the conclusion of the epic struggle between a son and his father used and manipulated, but with the addition of the prequels, reveals more to the story left behind. Suddenly, Darth Vader is on the front, and the spectators realize that is the story of Anakin, not just Lucas. 1-3, but even before, there was incredible depth to everything. feels real, as if the capsule from the sky fell in the lap of Luke, which details an historical account of a galaxy far, far away. Star Wars is certainly something well above the norm, and I must admit, whenever I see them, especially this one, I feel very small. I feel like I have been thrust into a world where good and evil are so clearly defined. i get a tingling sensation when I see them, the feeling that something, somehow, has touched me more than anything physical could ever hope for.

We spent years growing with Star Wars, Empire Strikes Back .. and waited for the super final. Then, this garbage emissions Spielberg clearly aimed at an audience 8-12 years. Cute cuddly creatures blows trained soldiers? Give me a break.
