| Seven people trapped in an office building tall, were taken out one by one by a mysterious masked maniac who invited the parties via text message. When the group reached this so-called "party" each receive a set of instructions to be followed for what they assume to be a sort of treasure hunt with a special prize at the end, it is not, as each track each and every one of them has its own horrible death. Can escape from the building or be killed by this spirit prowler mean? STEEL TRAP shares many similarities with the series SAW, however while this usually means that we will be treated to some scenes than gore and very little more, STEEL TRAP has the upper hand in the majority is concentrated in the suspense and chills instead of the usual gore of this festival as easily could have been. The Steel Trap movie has good direction and acting and has directed several scenes of death is up the sleeves. The suspense is well handled and the Steel Trap Thriller film makes quite interesting to see a pure twist end, I did not see coming. Despite the horror and gore fans demanding dog will probably want to step it, not to require the horror / thriller crowd, making it a fun time. Definitely recommended. *** Stars |
| I can see almost any DivX film Steel Trap with no major problems, but one of my pet peeves has always been wrong horror movies. Some directors seem to think that this is the easiest genre out there, and that anyone can make a horror movie, but nothing could be further from the truth. Steel trap is another poor really an attempt to make money from other peoples ideas. At first, I thought this would be something like a mountain kind of movie, but it is more like a simple Slasher. Nothing new here. The script is good and to act at times, but times are really rare and sometimes overshadowed by the right to delay the decisions taken by the characters. It is very difficult not to attract the police or fire department to a skyscraper in the middle of a big city. If you're bored of your skull, I guess this DVD movie Steel Trap is better than staring at the wall or re-organize your sock drawer, but if you have nothing, and I say nothing better to do, I suggest you do that instead to see the steel trap. |
